We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst to join our HRIS team!

Pre- Implementation:

  • Serve as lead to capture technical business processes, eliciting business requirements from multiple partners across the organization.
  • Propose and present forward-thinking Salesforce solutions to business partners based on requirements.
  • Formulate, define and detail functional system specifications and process flows
  • Partner with the People Systems and HRIS teams to translate requirements and refine solutions for upcoming Salesforce implementation
  • Design, develop and execute complex test cases, test
  • scripts, suites, test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Keep track of measurable goals and meet agreed upon deadlines to ensure overall project success. Escalate issues, concerns and barriers to team

Post Implementation:

  • Lead all end to end Salesforce field defects, support bug creation, monitoring, triage, retest, and report on the results
  • Lead root-cause analysis of bugs with PS/HRIS team
  • Identify areas of implementation process to optimize & streamline for further efficiencies
  • Capture metrics on execution and identifies gaps for
  • improvement
  • Education field and other team members; develop and deliver training

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability performing systems analysis with strong Salesforce implementation experience that has been utilized in actual projects.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to work with and conduct demos to partners from staff to senior management levels.
  • Experience with developing detailed systems documentation including functional specifications, process flows and user stories.
  • Proactive self-starter
  • High proficiency with Salesforce required, with expertise in: Platform App Builder, Sharing and Visibility Designer, Community Cloud, Lifecycle and Development Designer, Identity and Access Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer
  • Salesforce certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Project Management and agile methodology preferred
