Sales Operations Specialist
LOCATION: Santa Monica, CA or Remote
TITLE: Sales Operations Specialist
REPORTS TO: Director, Business Operations
As a member of the Revenue Operations team, you will directly contribute to streamlining process and optimizing efficiency of the sales organization. You will primarily manage the Business Deal Desk function where you will oversee order form & contract creation process, assist sales team on quote creation, and partner with the Finance and Legal. In addition, you will assist with a variety of Sales Operations functions including territory management, process creation and adherence, & reporting. This role will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy, manage projects/deadlines, and quickly identify errors and discrepancies between contracts and system-of-record data, responding appropriately to solve underlying issues.
What You'll Own:
- Own and support business deal desk ensuring all order forms and contracts are accurate & compliant with TigerConnect standards
- Act as subject matter expert on process, policy, and pricing-related matters for revenue teams
- Assist sales & customer success teams on quote creation for complex or non-standard order forms
- Work collaboratively with SFDC team, Finance, and Legal as the primary sales liaison for deal desk and contract support
- Drive process improvements and automation enhancements in order to close process
- Identify and implement sales process improvements
- Manage and maintain process adherence and Salesforce hygiene
- Maintain territory assignments across multiple sales teams
- Represent sales operations on multiple cross-functional projects and initiatives
What You've Accomplished:
- 3-5 years years experience in a Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance or Sales Operations role (ideally in a SaaS environment)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite, or similar systems CRM and ERP systems
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated experience influencing the strategy and goals of the Sales organization
