This role will focus on assisting both our Sales and Marketing teams on specific tasks and day-to-day operations. This represents an exciting opportunity for a candidate that wants to be exposed to the world of technical sales and operations, and learn from the industry greats. You will be challenged to think creatively and to create processes and infrastructure that will support and streamline the sales process.

What you will do:

  • Support all aspects of deal flow through Convoso systems to reduce the administrative burden on the VP of Sales
  • Coordinate the efforts with sales to get contracts and agreements in place
  • Support the onboarding of new Account Executives to the team, providing priority initial onboarding operations assistance and ongoing support over the first 90 days in the role 
  • Assist our sales team in day-to-day operations
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service
  • Build reports in Salesforce and gather data as required
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings and possibly tradeshow(s) 
  • Involved in process improvements for sales support and identifies opportunities for the efficiency of the sales team 
  • Track weekly reports from salesforce team and compiles results for VP of Sales 
  • Assists with miscellaneous sales, marketing and administrative duties for VP of Sales and AE team

Who YOU are:

  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative and sales support 
  • Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Professional email writing and speaking skills necessary to communicate clearly and accurately to both internal and external customers 
  • Professional demeanor required with the ability to interact with many people in sometimes challenging circumstances
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Salesforce Administrator and salesforce.com, Salesforce Administrator Certification /Advanced Administrator certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
