Sales Operations Specialist - Enterprise Cybersecurity Software

The role of XYPRO Sales Operations is to make sure our international sales team is running as efficiently and productively as possible, so our customers receive the attention they deserve, as XYPRO’s strategic partners in the protection of their customers’ data.
As our sales team’s number one supporter, you will own the creation and maintenance of the end-to-end tracking of sales processes and conversion rates. The information you manage will be used to inform sales reps and leadership on historical results, current performance, and expected future results.
Responsibilities
Create and maintain Sales department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material
Oversee contracts administration and liaise with Finance Team for Revenue Recognition
Train new sales team members
Serve as point of contact for sales team members for questions and logistics
Develop daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, Key Performance Indicators & analysis of the effectiveness of campaigns like win/loss rates, pipeline growth, activity, quota attainment, etc.
Create/Implement and maintain sales operations automation e.g. price calculator tool, quote to invoice processing within SFDC and ERP
Be the sign off gate for sales quotes/invoices
Create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
Assisting the Sales Leaders with Pipeline and Opportunity inspection
Assisting with the development of Enterprise Account onboarding processes
Position Requirements
3+ years of Sales Operations Experience in an Enterprise Software environment
5+ years of Sales Operations Experience if applying for a remote position
Advanced Salesforce.com experience
Salesforce.com Admin certification a plus
Experience integrating with financial ERP systems
Experience integrating with Sage Intacct a plus
Advanced Excel skills (data filters, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Connections)
