Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support our growing team of sales professionals and work closely with sales leadership to develop systems that drive sales team efficiency and success.
Responsibilities:
- Systems – Leverage technology and optimize processes to drive sales success. Help implement Salesforce and related systems.
- Planning and metrics - Work with sales and BI teams to put plans, targets, reporting and dashboards in place to support achievement of sales goals.
- Forecasting – Partner with leadership to develop reliable sales forecasts and track performance.
- Pricing - Provide pricing research and analysis for different markets, healthcare facilities and professions.
- Proposals – Help draft and facilitate sales proposals.
- Analysis – Lead analysis in key areas to inform team strategy.
- Special projects – Lead and participate in projects vital to the company’s success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of sales operations experience with a SaaS software company
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
- Expertise with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Hubspot
- Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communicator with the ability to develop rapport and trust with internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to initiate, drive and own projects to completion with minimal guidance
