Sales Operations Lead (CRM Data) at Snap Inc.

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Lead to join Team Snap. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you will work closely with partners in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations and Engineering.
What you'll do:
Understand and manage the data needs -- both anticipated and unanticipated -- of stakeholders across the business, including sales, marketing, finance, product and operations
Manage both evergreen and ad-hoc data integrity projects such as CRM data clean up, customer prioritization and enrichment
Design and stand up processes to operationalize sales channel coverage rules across Snap’s global sales organization (govern which sales teams can call on which customers)
Create and optimize structured processes to refresh Salesforce data during recurring business processes such as quota planning
Maintain clean, accurate customer firmographic data in Salesforce by designing and implementing data governance (with a data clean team)
Assist in the design and build out of sales-centric business intelligence / reporting tools
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, lead with vision, and provide an experienced point of view on how to engineer, streamline and scale Sales systems and the Sales Operations function
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Previous experience in analytical business environments such as sales operations, growth, FP&A, business intelligence, product management, data science, or management consulting
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance (at times in a changing environment with a degree of ambiguity)
Experience using Salesforce or a similar customer relationship management system
Experience partnering with business and strategy teams to architect and strategize data
Experience using data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau) to build self service data products
Strong operational mindset & attention to detail; an ability to design and implement solutions at scale
Ability to persuade others (direct reports, cross-functional partners, sales, leadership) on a course of action, using data to support the narrative, but also recognizing scenarios where a “gut call” is needed
6+ years of experience in an operations and analytical role within a business context
Bachelor’s degree in a business, marketing, computer science, engineering or related discipline, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
1+ years of experience using enterprise business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot CRM, others) and performing large data operations / ETL (extract, transform, load) in the application
Familiarity with programmatic advertising business models and key players
