Role Overview
InStride is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst who wants to jump in head-first and support our fast-growing Corporate Partnerships team help reach InStride’s vision and mission.
This position will report to the Sales Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a sales forecasting model for InStride’s prospective corporate partner list
- Implement sales analytics and KPI dashboards to help the team optimize all sales operations
- Day-to-day manager of InStride’s Salesforce CRM platform. Relentlessly working to ensure the quality of data/reporting and business processes
- Support territory allocation, industry segmentation, quota assignment and expansion efforts
- Work cross-functionally with Learner Success, Academic Partners, Finance and other teams to establish and improve business processes
- Collaborate with all user groups across InStride to ensure system integrations, workflow, and process successfully drive business needs
- Engage in timely and consistent handling of month-end processes (e.g. financial and sales reporting)
- Perform research and stay on top of industry-specific talent trends to inform focused sales pitches
Ideal Profile
- 2+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success; industry experience in sales, sales support, customer operations, financial analysis or management consulting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Strong business consulting, analytical & project management skills, with a high detail orientation
- Understanding of sales operations systems & processes. Experience with Salesforce CRM platform and marketing automation platforms preferred
- Strong knowledge in operations strategy, issues and data analysis to deliver against business objectives
- Ability to see past the numbers, apply creative concepts to devise solutions, and effectively present these concepts to audiences with varying levels of experience/understanding
- Ability to consistently deliver work on time, and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations
- The ability to facilitate cross-organizational collaboration that drives meaningful and measurable results
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excited by the challenge of building a world-class business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a meaningful impact on society
- Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or deep affiliation with the education industry
- High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a “no job too small” startup mentality
- Bachelor’s Degree from a selective college or university required
