Sales Operations Administrator

FULL-TIME

Los Angeles, CA (or Remote, U.S. based only)

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Operations Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Sales Operations Administrator responsibilities include assisting in managing the tech stack utilized by the Sales team. In this highly prized role, you will be responsible for accurately tracking sales information including contract management and assisting in 3rd party integration solutions within our CSM system. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and attention to detail skills. Prior CRM operations experience, especially with a technology company, will enhance your candidacy for this role.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
  • Assists with contract management including utilizing the Docusign contract management tool
  • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
  • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization. Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
  • Implements enabling technologies, including CRM, to field sales teams. Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data. Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of the firm’s technology investments.
  • Coordinates training & delivery to sales and other personnel in the organization on Salesforce
  • Manages field creation & maintenance, workflows, automation rules, and lead ingestion with Salesforce for the organization
  • Works with Marketing on lead ingestion, web to lead routing, and 3rd party integrations
  • Works with Accounting, and Finance, to provide assistance with policies & procedures


Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Prior Experience with Salesforce Management

• Salesforce Admin Certification, a huge plus

• Experience with Docusign, Apollo, Zoominfo, etc.

• Prior Experience with Forecasting and Sales reporting

• Excellent written/verbal communication skills

• Strong problem solving skills

• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent time management/organizational skills

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
