What You'll Do
The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales cycle from start to finish including the evolution of the contract. You will develop sales proposals, presentations and contracts by having expert knowledge of the product offerings, clients' needs and the ROI we bring to their business initiatives. This role requires the ability to balance between people management, leadership, and technical responsibilities. This role requires a self-starter who thrives on problem solving and focuses his/her efforts on strategic planning initiatives and key marketing strategies. This position will collaborate with the executive team, as well as cross-functionally with finance, IT, project managers, and product teams.

We're looking for a strategic thinker, a customer champion and a proven leader with incredibly strong communication, collaboration and business management skills and ultimately a team-player who focuses on results. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, expert level knowledge of the product offerings and the ability to translate all of this to ROI for our customers. Specifically;

• Bachelor's Degree (MBA highly recommended)
• 8+ years in a software (SaaS) sales operational role with a strong marketing background
• Experience in producing presentation decks and sales material
• Solid understanding of computing systems, software architecture and processes
• Expert level knowledge of the financial technology industry specifically understands all areas of the mortgage process
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of self-motivation, organization and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working in a high demanding and fast paced environment
• Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time - this may change post pandemic
