About the Role and Your Impact:

As a Sales Enablement and Training Manager at Emotive, you will work alongside our Head of Training and Enablement to develop end-to-end programs and initiatives that enable the sales team to increase their productivity and velocity. You'll develop training and resources to reinforce high-performing behavior, to address gaps/opportunities and to help reps adapt to changes. You'll lead new hires through onboarding and facilitate ongoing training directly and/or via the train-the-trainer model. This is an amazing opportunity to be the first Sales Enablement and Training Manager at Emotive and have a significant impact on the overall per-rep productivity of a rapidly scaling sales organization.


How You Will Contribute:

  • Execute on enablement programs including product release training, new content and messaging, skills development, and sales processes
  • Map company’s sales process with our customer’s buying process to understand and enhance what skills, knowledge, process and tools are required by our salesforce to increase velocity and conversion rates at each stage in those processes
  • Conduct an analysis of current skills, processes, knowledge and processes to and work with the sales leadership team to identify strengths and areas for development
  • Help create a development program for frontline managers to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, processes and tools required to lead their sales teams effectively
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to actively monitor and measure business impact including sales process, sales pipeline conversion, and bookings
  • Gather feedback and insights in order to improve upon existing processes, and align to company goals

Skills You Will Bring:

  • 3+ years of sales experience as a top performer and/or minimum of 1+ years of sales enablement, sales productivity, or sales training manager experience 
  • Experience with Sales Methodologies and all the usual sales tools (CRM, Sales Engagement Platforms, Knowledge Systems, content creation tools, etc)
  • Proven track record in creating, delivering, and training successfully with measurable results in fast paced environments
  • Strong ability to represent concepts, as well as summarize and communicate complex ideas into curriculum with a strong sense of how sales professionals think, operate and absorb training
  • Strong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and create improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience with content creation a plus
  • Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
