Sales Development Representative
Hi, we’re Airbo, a small-but-mighty Venice Beach SaaS company that’s creating a new sales team. We’re hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives to work directly with our CEO to accelerate growth. What We Do
Airbo helps solve a massive problem at just about any company: people don't understand how to use their health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. That increases health care costs and makes people’s lives worse. Our software creates engaging education that empowers people to make the most of their benefits. It feels a bit like Instagram stories, and it truly changes peoples’ lives.
What You’ll Do
We’re profitable, growing quickly, and it’s time to scale. Your job will be to work directly with Airbo’s CEO to execute our go-to-market strategy and accelerate our growth.
You won't be entering a cookie cutter sales team where you'll be a cog, you'll be a critical part of the team from day one. In your role, you'll:
- Research new leads in our target markets.
- Perform high volume cold outreach (calling, emailing, social).
- Schedule demos for CEO and COO.
- Attend demos and conduct follow-ups as part of your training to become an Account Executive.
- You’ll be on a rapid promotion track, within 6 to 12 months, you’ll have the opportunity to move to an Account Executive position, where you’ll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, nurturing, delivering demos and closing customers.
- You’ll help scale our sales function to a larger team by contributing to interviewing.
Skills & Experience You’ll Need
- Some sales experience

- Excited to prospect (cold call / email)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- 4 Year Bachelor’s degree
- Grit in spades
- Entrepreneurial
