As our Sales Development Representative, you will: 

• Guide potential customers discover unmet needs and how we can deliver extraordinary value
• Conduct high volume prospecting/cold calling for qualified leads from our Marketing team and Referrals from our Customer Base
• Work closely with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
• Schedule online product demonstrations for Sales Executives
• Generate and maintain expert knowledge of the ST Product, the home services industry, market happenings and trends.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales opportunity and meetings set goals
• Maintain and log all activity in Salesforce.com

To be successful in this role, you'll need: 

• Great phone presence 
• Great customer service skills 
• Experience with heavy phone volume/cold calling
• Successful sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus, not a requirement
