Sales Development Representative

You'll be joining a small but quickly growing sales team that is part of a 5+ year old, profitable company with thousands of paying customers. We actually have so many customers that we still haven't spoken with them all and that's why we need you. This doesn't even touch on all of the leads we get every day. Don't get me wrong, we have huge aspirations so this will be challenging, but you won't be hurting for people to target.

What you’ll do

  • Handle top of funnel leads
  • Work alongside AEs to qualify and assign leads
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales to come up with new processes
  • Work with marketing on executing campaigns
  • Do discovery & qualification with our current customers & prospects to better understand how they’re using and gaining value from RealtimeBoard
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • Use a variety of methods (Email, phone, social media) to engage prospects, users and decision makers

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor degree from a top university
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for learning and growth
  • SaaS background is a huge plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to grow rapport and relationships with potential clients
  • A great attitude that can maneuver through ambiguity and ability to work and collaborative with a growing team
