- Directly support the Sales Team by assisting Account Executives on administrative tasks in an efficient manner throughout the sales cycle.
- Handle incoming calls or online requests from customers and manage ongoing customer needs.
- On board new customers by providing assistance on account creation, credit application, and tax exemption process.
- Create quotes and process purchase orders as necessary.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Customer Service, Logistics, and Product Management teams to overcome roadblocks and deliver high levels customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot any CRM and in-house system issues and seek resolution from technical team.
- Identify gaps in existing workflows and suggest action plans to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Other duties as needed.
