In response, we’ve built and grown our digital ordering business, which is committed to connecting more people to real food through convenience and customization. We are currently seeking an Account Executive, Outpost to enable future digital growth of sweetgreen by meeting the customer where they are and how they want to order.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Generation- Responsible for prospecting and cold calling new B2B leads for Outpost and developing strategies to engage new leads
• Lead Management - Manage the leads to ensure that we are able to get approvals of potential partner companies
• Approval - Ensure the internal appropriate approval of leads and coordinate with account managers to ensure a successful launch  
• Process development - Develop scalable processes and materials for selling outposts and managing the relationships with our potential outpost partners

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in sales service
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to communicate cross-functionally
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy
• Experience using data to guide decisions
• Enjoy spending time with partners to understand their problems and find innovative solutions
• Strong interpersonal, team member relations and leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify and solve problems
• Analytics experience preferred
