About The Role

We are hiring for multiple Health Insurance Salespeople to join our expanding team! You will be working alongside a dynamic team that is disrupting the healthcare industry.
You will be part of a care team for a specific group of members; your job will be to help those members and ensure they have the best experience possible. As a startup, there is no shortage of opportunities and responsibilities!
What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound sales calls from people inquiring about Sidecar Health’s products and services
  • Provide a world class customer experience by evaluating healthcare needs and offering Sidecar Health’s products and services as solutions
  • Enroll people in Health Insurance plans by explaining our four core values: affordable, accessible, transparent and simple
  • Handle issues and complaints where appropriate
  • Maintain policies and standard operation procedures

What You'll Bring

  • Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong rapport building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Previous sales performance with a record of good performance (insurance preferred)
  • If not licensed, ability to pass State Health Insurance Producer exam
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
