Why you’re important to us:

This role is imperative to the growth and development of our first fully remote Sales Development Representative team across the Central and Eastern US. Our remote SDR’s will prospect qualified leads and set meetings for our full cycle Account Executives. You will play a crucial part in coaching each representative and allowing for the overall success of the sales process. Your contributions will result in the professional and personal growth of your representatives, the sales organization and PatientPop as a whole. 

How you will contribute:

You’ll serve as a coach and a mentor to the first remote Sales Development Representative team at PatientPop! You will manage and help a team of 8-10 representatives achieve quota through candid feedback and biweekly 1:1 performance reviews. In addition, you will be the liaison between marketing and sales, helping with the planning, execution and follow-up of campaigns. You will act as a subject matter expert on our product and our customers. You will offer guidance and help train our new representatives on the sales process while also being an integral part of driving growth year over year. Your interview and assessment skills will be used consistently to hire the best talent and aid in the growth of our SDR organization. 

In your first 90 days you will:

  • Become a product expert and facilitate developing trusting relationships with your representatives
  • Understand the challenges our Sales Development Representatives face on a day to day basis
  • Aid in the improvement or adjustment of processes and work alongside the executive team to execute
  • Report team statistics to our Director of Sales Development and assess the strengths & weaknesses of the team
  • Help with training and be responsible for getting new SDR hires up to speed in a remote setting Create a positive impact on individual and team growth

You will stand out with:

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales management or leadership position 
  • Must have experience managing a remote team 
  • SaaS and/or Healthcare IT experience is a plus
  • Experience scaling a sales team in a hypergrowth setting is a plus
  • Proven record of defining, tracking, and managing daily, weekly, and monthly activities/metrics of your team members
  • Experience building and expanding a sales team while driving revenue growth
  • Effective communicator, sales coach, motivator, positive thinker
  • Solid project management and business development skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
