Pro Account Representatives (PARs) are crucial team members who identify and connect with existing ServiceTitan customers on how Pro modules can enhance their Servicetitan ROI and add value to the customer operations. A successful candidate will book product demonstrations between the existing customer and the Account Manager and assist the Account Manager with closing the deal through detailed discovery calls and notes that identify key areas of opportunities.
You will be given extensive coaching and development from managers, enablement coaches, and various teams to ensure you are set up for success to build a long term career in Sales. What You’ll Do:
Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers, demonstrating value of add-on products, and booking overview calls/demonstrations for Platform Account Executives
Conduct high volume engagement through outbound calls (40-60/day) and emails
Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers
Drive customers to discover unmet needs or pain points and how we can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those pain points
Work closely and collaboratively with Platform Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate communication plans
Log and maintain all activity in Google Sheets/Salesforce.com
Assist with coaching and supervision of new colleagues on sales best practices and techniques
Assist with weekly reporting on active campaigns and any ad-hoc requests
Act as a liaison for customers and other internal teams, e.g. Payments Team, Customer Success, Support, etc.
What You’ll Bring:
1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (in a cross-sell or up-sell capacity)
Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
Ability to handle objections and articulate value proposition of add-on products with any level of detail or brevity
Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performer
Resourcefulness and adaptability to new responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment
High level of social intelligence, passion, ambition, and a team-player mentality
