Partner Manager
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join Team Snapchat! We are looking for a professional who can work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our Santa Monica HQ, you will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across advertising technology providers and marketing agencies.
What you’ll do:
Onboard new partners to Snap’s Ads Partners program and hold the partner to revenue expectations
Manage existing key partner accounts and grow spend by helping them achieve performance that exceeds advertiser expectations
Serve as the product expert by educating agencies and tech partners on Snap’s new and existing products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke API integrations
Increase adoption and engagement of Snap’s self-service platform, auction-based tools, and open API, providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis
Partner with account executives, business marketing, product managers, product marketing managers and more cross-functional teams to educate partners and evangelize how our product offering brings measurable ROI for our clients
Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
Experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic in real-time bidding marketplaces, or a related field
Strong business development and partner management skills
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
Experience managing & growing a team of Account Managers
Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Experience managing and/or leveraging a CRM such as Salesforce
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
Strong presentation and communication skills
A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products
