Responsibilities
About TikTok: TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. Responsibilities: - Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic developers on our Developer Platform, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and policy issues and serving as an internal advocate. - Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Tiktok marketing partner products, focusing on those that leverage APIs and other advanced technology. - Provide consultative services to Tiktok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner solutions/tools. - Prospect and recruit new advertisers to the program to help grow a dynamic, innovative partner ecosystem. - Develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication. - Represent Tiktok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications: - 4-7 years of client-facing experience in advertising sales or partner management. - Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally. - Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority. - Experience defining, developing and leading projects. - Quantitative/analytical experience. - Experience working as part of an international team. - Strong product acumen - Fluency in English, Mandarin and/or any European language is a plus.
