Bridg is a big data marketing platform that helps some of the biggest restaurant and retail brands. We help them understand their customers and reach them through any digital marketing platform, and measure their engagement in the store, using big data technologies.

We are looking for a strategic, data driven Account Director, to lead a small, but mighty team of account managers, media planners, and data analysts to oversee and guide the work efforts of our national brand clients. The Director leads the relationships and communication with the CMO and marketing teams of our clients, while using their detailed analytical mindset to present creative insights and drive our client’s marketing strategies. Coordinating across multiple internal teams including Data Science, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales, the Director is responsible for driving high-quality work that produces insights and recommendations that tie to measurable client value.

We’re looking for a sharp marketing strategic mind, direct hands on experience developing, running and optimizing highly targeted email and social media campaigns on a daily basis with passion, strong communication and presentation skills. Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5-7 years of digital marketing, ad tech, or marketing agency experience
  • Experience guiding brands in their marketing efforts.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, campaign measurement methodologies, and ad tech platforms
  • Experience working with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
  • Working knowledge of email service providers like ExactTarget 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. MBA or Masters a plus.
  • Natural ability to tell a story using data
  • Capability to extract insights from data, package them in clear, easily understood format, and present them in plain English.
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Direct, lead, and manage a small and mighty team of talented, dedicated, and knowledgeable Account Managers
  • Interface with Mid-Sr. level executives at our large enterprise retail and restaurant chain clients, providing tactical and strategic insight and support 
  • Analyze and interpret complex sets of data and information and turn them into actionable insights. Be able to identify and tell a story from campaign results.
  • Ensure timely reviews with clients and ongoing c-level relationship with their business
  • Direct digital campaign management

An Ideal Candidate

  • Digital marketing experience that demonstrates your in depth understanding of online brand development, data analytics, and customer and email acquisition.
  • You’ve previously represented or successfully used marketing automation and measurement tools like Exact Target, Marketo, Placed, Nielsen, Valassis, or other platforms.
  • You’ve been the first point of contact for marquee brands at a marketing SaaS company or high-profile agency with a Fortune 500 portfolio.
  • You can demonstrate your ideas for guiding nationally recognized brands.
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives on innovation and can fill in gaps where needed in a startup environment.
  • You have the ability to steer people in the best direction using your excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must possess a working knowledge of social, digital, and platforms such as Facebook, Google AdWords, and Doubleclick
  • Superior ability to display complex data and information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • You are a data ninja and presentation and report guru and have solid experience with SQL, Excel and Tableau.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and managerial skills
