Manager, Scaled Services Sales
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join Team Snapchat! As an Inside Sales Manager for the Scaled Services team, you will manage a team of account strategists responsible for identifying, prospecting, activating and managing new advertisers. You will need natural leadership skills, the ability to guide, mentor and challenge your direct reports and comfort working with data to manage your team and influence the organization, and well as client-facing abilities for frequent client engagement. You will also be expected to drive change and improvement on behalf of Snap and its customers.
What you'll do:
· Manage a team of account strategists
· Hold your team to certain revenue quotas and KPI’s
· Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
· Define, execute, and deliver KPI-driven measurement strategies
· Assist sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists and delivering to the individual contributors on your team
· Partner with Product, Marketing, and other cross functional partners to ideate, test, and launch new solutions at scale
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Deep understanding of how to communicate with different personality types
· Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
· Experience working with data
· Comfort leading and driving change in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment
· Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
Minimum qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
· 5+ years experience in digital media space
· 2+ years of leadership and mentorship experience
Preferred qualifications:
· 8+ years experience in digital media space
· Preexisting relationships with brand or performance marketers and advertising agencies relevant to the business
