Sales Growth Strategist
The Sales Growth Strategist will participate in all activities related to sales prospecting and sales growth. This includes developing new sales prospecting efforts, testing them and scaling them as well as other duties in a thriving fast paced startup. The main goal of this position is to find new ways to create outreach to potential clients in a scalable way in an effort to significantly increase the qualified lead flow to our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating new sales prospecting strategies
- Executing and Scaling sales prospecting
- Testing and measuring results of different efforts
- A/B testing copy and creative to get the most optimal results
- Driving leads to the sales team
- Monitoring lead quality to closing to help inform efforts
- Managing to a company acceptable ROI
Skills & Experience:
- BS/BA required
- 2+ years of experience in sales preferred
- Basic sales knowledge
- Basic Copywriting knowledge
- CRM management a plus
- Experience in Sales Prospecting
- Looking for someone who thrives in a start-up environment
- Eager, go getter who will take ownership of tasks and growth
- Proactive self-starter
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Advanced Excel Skills required
- Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
- Accurate, extremely organized and highly detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic, strives for excellence and creating value.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- PCI compliance knowledge a plus
