With daily engagement with leads and prospects, you will be responsible for qualifying and routing inbound calls to the appropriate sales representative. Additionally, you will take on the responsibility of processing a high volume of new sales, expansions, and renewals. As a Lead Development Representative you will be responsible for gathering order information and processing them in a timely manner. Your Opportunity

  • Meet and exceed your quarterly and annual targets.
  • Process a high volume of new purchase orders, add on sales and renewals.
  • Manage the inbound sales queue and route appropriately.
  • Respond to inbound prospects email inquiries.
  • Accurately report on inbound activity and trends.
  • Keep CRM up to date with all sales activity, opportunity stages, and notes being kept current.
  • Work cross-functionally with different organizations such as Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.

The ideal candidate

  • Approach all deals with a customer-first “ready to help” mentality.
  • Able to team with outside seller and help develop and move deals through pipeline.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify solutions, solution selling approach.
  • Adept at multi-tasking and prioritization.
  • Strong prospecting abilities and track record of building net new business.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment is a must.
  • A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow independently.

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success and over-achievement of quotas.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and are an excellent team player.
  • Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Phone sales or customer support experience.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • You possess a passion for education or EdTech.
