We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales representative to help grow our one-on-one coaching program. This individual should be highly motivated, results-oriented and have an entrepreneurial drive that matches our fast pace environment. He/she will report to the Head of Operations and will be the first point of contact for our new students. We are seeking someone with ability to build value with customers over the phone in a short period of time. A relentless dialer, with the ability to make 50+ calls a day and onboard students to our coaching program. If successful, this three-month internship will lead to a full time position within the company with highly attractive growth opportunities and incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full sales process from first contact to enrollment. We only provide warm leads, no cold calling.
• Developing, testing and optimizing the sales process to increase conversion.
• Following up on leads and maintaining an active pipeline daily.
• Consistently looking to exceed your KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• You have 12 Years experience in sales with a proven track record.
• You possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• You are all about solving real problems and understanding needs, not just “pitching”.
• You possess superior communication skills and a relentless approach to dialing.
• You are highly coachable and open to constructive feedback.
• You are hardworking but know how to have a laugh.
