In this role you will lead a team of inside sales professionals that work with merchants and brands that need warehouse space and fulfillment services to grow their business. Our team currently receives almost 40 inbound leads a day, and you'll be on the sales floor sitting alongside your sales team, responding to these leads in real time, conducting joint sales calls, moving from rep to rep and call to call, being the management voice and helping accelerate the sales process.

In this role we have a very fast paced, short sales cycle sale, that could take a half day to a few days, but also much longer fulfillment clients that could take a few months to secure. You are comfortable with both. You are adept at using Salesforce.com and other sales enablement tools, and know how to work with your sales team to insure they are instantly responsive, following up with high urgency, and pushing the larger deals forward.

You've been a top performer yourself as a sales rep, and have been a strong sales manager for at least one to two years. You love to train, coach and lead but most of all you love being on the phone talking to customers.

You will have the opportunity to build a significant portion of your team from scratch since we are hiring a group of AE's currently.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 4+ years overall sales experience
  • 2+ years sales management experience. You've led a team of at least four AE's.
  • Impeccable oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com
