REQUIREMENTS

• Effective telephone communication skills to sell and manage a team
• Basic data entry skills
• CRM Pipeline Management
• Strong closing skills
• Meet and exceed New Merchant Account and POS monthly quotas
• Manage pipeline in CRM Manage and grow assigned client relationships
• Identify referral partnership opportunities for sales team and Sygnio products and services
•  Demonstrate, sell, and install Merchant Services to prospective clients. Provide ongoing customer support and troubleshooting to all Merchant Services customers
• Maintain current and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Merchant Services industry, marketplace and POS products available to customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 yrs. min. Merchant Service Sales and related Sales Management experience
• Must be a high unifier and process driven
• Must excel at interpersonal communication and enjoy playing a supportive role to multiple personalities
• In-depth knowledge of the merchant acquiring industry, products and services
•  Proven negotiation skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Working knowledge and experience with Sales Force CRM
• POS Sales working with First Data / TSYS ISO
