FightCamp’s goal is to create the ultimate at-home workout experience for busy professionals committed to their fitness goals. In order to do so, FightCamp offers interactive boxing workouts. Workout output is tracked by motion trackers that calculate the speed and the amount of punches thrown during a workout. Since its launched in February 2018, FightCamp’s revenues have doubled every month. FightCamp is funded by Y Combinator.

About the Role of Inside Sales Associate

Energetic, enthusiastic and results driven, our Sales Specialists are the front line business drivers for FightCamp’s eCommerce. They exhibit a keen knowledge of our product, services, and company. Above all, our Inside Sales Associates are strong communicators who are able to understand the needs of their clients, build long lasting relationships with these clients and build a solid network for sales.

What You Will Do

• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals 
• Provide a delightful experience on live chat, phone and email 
• Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
• Proactively utilize FightCamp’s CRM to record and maintain client information and preferences to drive your business 
• Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of FightCamp's products and brand image
• Phone and email outreach to both established and developing clients to communicate updates, events, and follow-up
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times 
• Work professionally with fellow sales associates in a team environment 

Must Have

• Prior sales experience - preferably in a (Inside sales) customer focused environment (D2C)
• Entrepreneurial spirit; desire to exceed sales goals
• Enthusiastic, energetic and personable professional demeanor 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ambitious, hardworking and team oriented
• An appreciation of fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Good To Have

• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite or the Google Suite 
• Experience with Zendesk (live chat & support tickets) 
• Previous direct to consumer inside sales experience 
• Experience with Drift or live chat system
• Experience using Salesforce
