Reporting to the Account Management Manager, this Account Manager position is responsible for retaining and growing our current active Hospitals on the platform. Candidates for this role will be the point of contact for assigned customers working with other department leaders within the organization to ensure a successful customer journey. This includes being strategic in upsells and identifying new opportunities.


The Hospital Account Manager role will require to build strong relationships and be responsible for the overall success of the Hospitals to meet or exceed company goals.


The Hospital Account Manager role will also work closely with our Product and Marketing departments to communicate and inform the unique needs of our hospital customers.

Responsibilities

  • Present and deliver Performance quarterly business reviews 
  • Taking a proactive approach to stay on top of the high revenue Hospitals
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups with the organization 
  • Identify upsell opportunities
  • Forecast and track client Hospital metrics 
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned accounts 
  • Communicate with inter department leaders 
  • Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts 

Required Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of prior Account Management / customer retention type roles ensuring customer satisfaction, adoption, and upsell 
  • Proven track record working with Hospitals and knowledge in that specific healthcare industry 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / high revenue accounts 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, organization, and multitasking skills

In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected base salary range for this role in Colorado is $75,000 to $81,000, annually.

This position may be eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: commission, health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law. Connecticut, Ohio, Rhode Island, Nevada, NYC, Maryland and Washington all have compensation laws typically requiring that the compensation is disclosed after the first round of interviews.
