We are growing our Product team and we are looking for an exceptional Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our mission and add value to our processes. This position directly reports to Enervee's Senior VP of Product

How You Can Make An Impact

As our new Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will:

• Identify and explore new business and growth opportunities for Enervee's platform and services
• Build relationships with partner executives and any operational stakeholders required to close and maintain agreements
• Drive closing and negotiation of new partner agreements including commercial terms
• Actively manage our existing partnerships with retailers, manufacturers and advertisers
• Manage Business Development initiatives among internal stakeholders, collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Services department to identify opportunities
• Create regular reporting and analysis for internal stakeholders, explain results and give recommendations
• Become an expert in the company’s products and services and where they sit within the larger ecosystem
• Communicate professionally and at multiple levels within the partner’s organization; anticipate needs and correspond proactively

• You have a track record of retaining and enhancing partner relationship over multiple years
• You have excellent business acumen, entrepreneurial skill set, MBA is a plus
• Team player that thrives on diversity, stepping up to big challenges and getting outside your comfort zone

What you bring to the team

• 5+ years’ experience managing partnerships and business development in warehouse, electronic and/or appliances in retail space 
• Advanced knowledge in and success with negotiation of partner agreements including expertise in commercial and legal terms
• You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task across many partners and competing priorities
• Highly successful in building trust with multiple stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure we are kept in the loop on what matters most to them and are positioned well for success
• You are proficient with data analytic platforms (i.e. Looker, Google, NPD) Google Suite and also Mac-savvy

Bonus point! If you have relationships with key consumer electronic, appliance or EV charger manufacturers
