About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, highly ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to lead provider recruiting efforts. This role will report directly to the CEO. The ideal candidate has extensive sales and/or business development experience, marketing to and supporting the needs of diverse groups, and is great at forming real connections and relationships with partners from diverse backgrounds. This person must be motivated, self-starting, have a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and love to close deals. This person should have a personal or professional interest or subject matter expertise in women’s health and reproductive justice. In light of ensuring we represent all aspiring, expecting and new parents, Robyn seeks to prioritize diverse candidates.

 

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Recruiting new providers to join Robyn’s platform on a subscription basis with an emphasis on expanding the diversity of providers within the Robyn network
  • Improve recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
  • Work with our Provider Experience team to create an inclusive, welcoming and valuable environment for managing and nurturing existing provider relationships
  • Convert free providers to paid subscriptions
  • Work with Robyn’s Provider Community Managers to help foster networking and engagement within Robyn’s private Provider Community
