Traditional digital marketing is exhausted and falls flat. Agencies will promise their clients the world but end up offering the same thing. Brenton Way was started because there was a demand in the market: deliver unique marketing strategies with automation in mind.

We are looking for a motivated sales individual who is looking for the opportunitiy to prove themselves in a tech-meets-marketing environment. Your goal is to sell our unique marketing solutions by communicating our value proposition and consulting clients on their market painpoint.

The Digital Sales Strategist will be focused on nurturing potential client opportunities & offering valuable insight through data-driven solutions.

You Will Be

  • Working with leading brands interested in working with Brenton Way to identify, scope and build the right mix of digital marketing strategy

  • Nurturing & scheduling meetings with warm prospect clientele from Startup to Enterprise

  • Creating new business opportunities through personal selling activities and great networking

  • Working closely with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing objectives and create the appropriate solution to meet their needs

  • Presenting custom digital marketing strategies to executives and large teams through web conferences & in-person meetings

  • Consistently winning new business and achieve personal revenue goals by using CRM, Sales Enablement, & Automation

  • Expanding campaigns with existing client relationships

  • Attending trade shows and networking events to bolster the Brenton Way name & create opportunities

  • Adapting to the demands of the sales role and dynamic digital landscape

You Must Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 to 4+ years selling in the Digital Marketing Agency landscape or selling SaaS and/or B2B solutions with a focus on digital marketing channels

  • Very strong prospecting skills with a commitment to consistent daily selling behaviors

  • Consultative selling experience. We learn where we can help before we ever try to sell

  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Motivated to want to learn new tech-driven initiatives & automation built into our campaign framework

  • The ability to “Quarterback” multiple stakeholders (Internal/External) in a sales and strategy process

  • High-energy, strong work ethic, good sense of humor. Humility is critical!

  • Strong marketing and technical acumen
