⚡ What you'll do
- Provide customer support to increase our clients' success & efficiency using Whippy.
- Conduct implementation & migration for a smooth transition to our platform.
- Onboard & train users to utilize Whippy and understand all the features available at their team's disposal.
- Meet with clients to review updated product features, onboarding new users & help create custom workflows
- Track and analyze customer metrics & analytics and proactively suggest product improvements internally
- Help build self-service help desk and customer support solution to create knowledge base
🎯 What we're looking for
- Love creating deep relationships with clients. Should be highly engaging and easy to speak with.
- Be a true product expert. Very passionate about Whippy and understand every inch of the platform.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong w/ analyzing data - google sheets, excel & data management software
- Advanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships
- Want clear KPIs including client engagement metrics, net churn rates, referrals/upsells, customer NPS and more.
- Account Management/Customer Success experience is not a necessity but 1+ years is preferred
- Strong desire to grow at a fast passed startup
- Do not need to be micro managed and can, when needed, figure things out on your own

Culver City, California but we are open to remote. This role is east coast hours.
