Summary

We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Content Partnerships team. This Coordinator will serve a key role supporting our efforts to grow, expand, and more effectively manage our content partnerships.

Responsibilities

This role will have a wide-range of responsibilities, including:

  • Input, manage, and track all key deal points from content acquisition agreements including business terms, payment schedules, and additional rights and obligations
  • Disseminate relevant contract summaries and partner updates across key internal stakeholders including content operations, editorial, marketing, ad operations, PR, finance, and legal
  • Develop, customize, and distribute revenue and viewership reports, charts, and analyses for monthly and quarterly partner statements and reviews
  • Liaise with content operations to ensure timely and complete deliveries and contract compliance
  • Provide partners with timely reporting and address their inbound questions and requests; directly manage a selection of partner accounts
  • Conduct industry and competitive research; support creation of internal / external presentations

Requirements

We believe the right individual will have the following skills and experience in order to be successful in the role:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in entertainment and / or online media
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. This is important, and we will be looking at your communication style in your cover letter.
  • Excellent attention to detail. In the second paragraph of your cover letter, you should use the word "pizza".
  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of TV/Film content acquisition and distribution (windows, contract terminology)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint (or similar software) is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
