How you will contribute:
The Channel Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of our rapidly expanding partner network and channel sales team.
The Channel Strategy & Operations Manager will own the channel sales cycle within Salesforce from lead to revenue, establish and track key metrics to define optimal channel sales performance and success, and manage all channel sales reporting requirements.
Other responsibilities include managing channel sales quota, forecasting and compensation administration, territory planning, and process training & compliance enforcement. The Channel Strategy & Operations Manager will work closely with Sales leadership to ensure that appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the channel sales team and aligned with the Sales organization as a whole.
Skills you’ll bring:
- You have at least 2 years of sales operations experience
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- You have experience managing partners and optimizing sales teams
- You have a proven track record of success in hitting sales targets and goals
- You have demonstrated expertise with Salesforce (Admin Certification Preferred), Microsoft Excel and Google Drive
- You are self-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environment
- You are a structured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Why you’re important to us:
You will support and help scale the channel sales program, which accounts for of PatientPop’s bookings. Working closely with Channel Marketing, you will ensure that partner expectations are met, efficient and scalable channel sales processes are in place, and revenue milestones are being achieved/exceeded.
In your first 90 days you will:
- Develop a deep understanding of the PatientPop solution and existing partner network.
- Understand the structure of our sales organization, the sales processes within Salesforce and our sales rules of engagement
- Work with Marketing and Sales Operations to develop seamless partner lead routing
- Outline a plan to optimize and scale the current workflow for signing and onboarding new partners and the Channel sales process for working leads and opportunities
- Work with Marketing to establish consistent partner messaging and enforce across Channel teams
- Document Channel team territory alignment with a plan for the team’s growth
- Detail requirements for further Salesforce buildout to accommodate specific Channel reporting needs
