Responsibilities include:

  • Researching and understanding the market, managing your own leads, creating your own plan of action and having full ownership of your territory
  • Responsible for finding and engaging with new customers through referrals, networking and cold calling
  • Building and promoting long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client’s needs through visits, meetings and follow ups
  • Find opportunities for improvement in all activities you do by being data-driven “to the bone”
  • Learn quickly and do whatever it takes to make a market launch successful

  • Motivated by our missing of creating a more sustainable supply chain and reducing food waste
  • Passionate for sales: hustling 24-7 to reach restaurant owners and convert them into engaged users
  • A “natural-born” communicator: you have an innate talent for connecting with people and you quickly understand how to effectively communicate Choco’s value proposition to potential users.
  • Has a competitive mindset: you are comfortable to perform under pressure and are motivated by the thought of defeating aggressive competitors
  • Went through University with ambition, appetite for learning and hard work and plenty of extracurricular activities
  • Unwavering work ethic: you are hungry to give your hardest effort and your best energies into building a truly successful global business. You are ready to do whatever it takes to grow Choco’s user base in a new city
  • Shows an entrepreneurial mindset: We are building a truly global business at Choco but we are still just a small startup. Things are messy here and we are looking for individuals who can prioritize and get things done in such an environment
  • Fluent in English & Spanish
