Who We’re Seeking:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager who’s excited to execute our business development strategy to secure partnerships and lock-in campaigns. You are capable of building a deep entertainment, sports or brands network and are ready to use your laser-sharp pitching skills for good!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, connect and pursue high-potential entertainment, sports or brand partnerships
- Manage relationships with our biggest partners and work side-by-side with our co-founders
- Utilize your entertainment and philanthropic connections to create new leads
- Represent Omaze at networking, charity and social events
- Provide feedback, direction and support to our Business Development Associates
- Brainstorm and strategize experience ideas for future campaigns
Our Ideal Candidate:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in a business development, sales or partnerships position at a high-growth company
- You possess superior communication skills – you can light up a room and feel confident pitching
- You are aware of industry leaders and are eager to find ways to reach these individuals for future business opportunities
- You are a pop-culture or sports junkie and have your finger on the pulse of what's hot
- You have insight into the fast-pace life of a start-up and the creativity to make a difference every day
