Brands Partnerships Manager

Role:
The SnackNation Brands team is on a mission to put the best brands in front of their target audience at the right place, at the right time. And to do that, we’re looking to hire a passionate, experienced Brands Partnership Manager (BPM) to manage our brands for our new, exciting channels.
The BPM will work with our existing brands to develop and foster existing relationships and design new partnerships for some of our newer markets and B2C channels. Reporting to the Director of Brands and working directly with both the Brands and Operations teams, the BPM will be managing our best brands in our most innovative channels. The BPM will assume responsibility for all aspects of designing, executing, and managing these partnerships and support the development of growth into our new B2C market.
This role will be working directly with brands and across many teams so strong organizational and communication skills are essential. We’re looking for an experienced BPM that can define a path forward and work with our best brands to ensure success for both our customers and the brands we serve. Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic multi-channel marketing proposals for CPG food companies
  • Manage partnership acquisition and development for newly defined B2C channel
  • Interface with all brand partners/manufacturers to setup relationship and integrate into supply chain, negotiate sales terms and offers, and establish unique marketing and promotional programs
  • Generate new business through prospecting, negotiating, and closing
  • Build and manage a qualified sales funnel of opportunities with brand managers and/or marketing departments of CPG companies
  • Achieve a monthly/quarterly/annual sales goal with specific gross margin targets
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other networking events
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate trusted relationships with clients
  • Manage a high volume of outbound contacts to uncover qualified sales opportunities
  • Navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine buying process
  • Identify prospects’ business needs and goals to determine solution
  • Work harmoniously in a collaborative and transparent cross-functional environment​

Skills:

  • 3 - 5 years of sales and/or account management experience, and a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • CPG industry experience a plus/bonus
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process from prospect to close
  • Extensive experience meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and sales goals
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with understanding of project management principles and processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills, an enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
  • Project management: You can easily manage various components of a project while staying on-track with deliverables and communications (strategy, execution, communication, etc.)

  • Fully vertically integrated sales experience (prospect, relationship building, account management)
  • Project management experience
