We’re looking for a talented, self-motivated Senior Sales Representative who is tech-savvy and enjoys helping businesses grow. You’ll get to work with a wide range of businesses from small mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 500 companies.
-- Responsibilities --
Expertly create and articulate customized value proposition and pitch to leads
Respond to and qualify incoming web inquiries and how Enplug’s software can help improve their internal or external communication
Maintain active communication with new and existing leads through engaging follow-up email or phone
Convert leads into customers
Upsell existing customers
Conduct web and phone demos of Enplug software
Send out trial devices to clients and diligently track leads through the sales funnel
Detailedly record all customer interaction and tasks in CRM
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
Collaborate and share sales insights with Marketing Team to ensure leads remain high quality and we have the most effective sales materials
Work with sales leadership to coordinate and drive revenue
Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of Enplug through consistently achieving individual and team quota
Ensure customer satisfaction
-- Qualifications --
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technology related sales, software sales, or B2B sales
Extensive experience using a CRM
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Experience with conducting web demos
Experience identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing mid to large-scale technology deals
Experience communication and presenting to senior leadership, marketing directors, and technology directors
Self-motivated
Experience proactively growing customer relationships
Professionalism
Willingness and desire to learn about the digital signage industry
