We’re looking for a talented, self-motivated Senior Sales Representative who is tech-savvy and enjoys helping businesses grow. You’ll get to work with a wide range of businesses from small mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 500 companies.

-- Responsibilities --

  • Expertly create and articulate customized value proposition and pitch to leads

  • Respond to and qualify incoming web inquiries and how Enplug’s software can help improve their internal or external communication

  • Maintain active communication with new and existing leads through engaging follow-up email or phone

  • Convert leads into customers

  • Upsell existing customers

  • Conduct web and phone demos of Enplug software

  • Send out trial devices to clients and diligently track leads through the sales funnel

  • Detailedly record all customer interaction and tasks in CRM

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline

  • Collaborate and share sales insights with Marketing Team to ensure leads remain high quality and we have the most effective sales materials

  • Work with sales leadership to coordinate and drive revenue

  • Drive revenue and contribute to the continued growth of Enplug through consistently achieving individual and team quota

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

-- Qualifications -- 

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of technology related sales, software sales, or B2B sales

  • Extensive experience using a CRM

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with conducting web demos

  • Experience identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing mid to large-scale technology deals

  • Experience communication and presenting to senior leadership, marketing directors, and technology directors

  • Self-motivated

  • Experience proactively growing customer relationships

  • Professionalism

  • Willingness and desire to learn about the digital signage industry
