Autonomous Systems Sales SupportCompany:The Boeing CompanyJob ID:00000279503Date Posted:2021-10-13-07:00Location:USA - Arlington, VA, USA - Huntington Beach, CA, USA - Saint Louis, MOJob Description Qualifications:Autonomous Systems (AS) Global Sales & Marketing (GSM) is seeking a results-driven, analytic individual to help drive Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) commitments and New Business Fund (NBF) management and integration. In addition to this core responsibility, you will be called upon to support sales and marketing campaign activities to advance opportunity and/or meet LRBP commitments. You should have knowledge of the Boeing business environment and, overall, Boeing Business Development activities.You will have responsibility for leading LRBP and NBF integration activities across the AS portfolio with the expectation to collaborate across AS Divisions, functional stakeholders (including AS GSM leads, Program Management, Strategy, Finance, etc.), and GSM Core. As the Business Operations / Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for developing content for briefings and reviews with BDS, GSM, and/or AS Executive leadership. You will need to interface with subsidiary partners in order to execute these tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic discussions on AS growth to help the GSM team maximize current and future opportunities across all divisions.Support of sales and campaign activities will be in accordance with the Boeing Integrated Acquisition Process (IBAP) and will require the candidate to drive and develop a deep understanding of emerging customer requirements, respond to customer requests, lead reviews with leadership to influence decisions around goals and objectives, and help shape market and win strategies.Responsibilities:

• Oversee integration of NBF investment portfolio across AS Divisions and conduct analysis through-out year on spend, variances, risks, needs in order to make recommendations to senior leadership
• Oversee New Business Funds (NBF) to include Bid and Proposal (B&P) as well as Independent Research and Development (IRAD) to best support portfolio growth and investment.
• Lead oversight and reporting on AS progress to LRBP Orders in cooperation across AS Divisions and supporting Functions
• Drive LRBP expectations within AS through developing overall understanding of plan and leading clear, actionable reviews to support the business in meeting or exceeding plan
• Interface with a diverse and geographically dispersed team while building and leveraging close working relationships within GSM and with Strategy, Program Management, Finance, Boeing Government Relations office, Field Offices, International GSM
• Support analysis on long-range strategies, investment returns, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
• Multi-task high-volume, time-sensitive projects with minimal management oversight
• Develop and deliver presentations and analysis to Senior and Executive Leadership
• Lead and/or support captures and pursuits to grow sales
• Support the review of campaign win strategies, identify New Business Funds and action plans to successfully protect and grow the business
• Support preparation of proposals by developing themes and discriminators and ensures correct members and resources are included in the team.
• Support capture teams with research, review and analyze information about competitors' products and services to develop a comprehensive understanding of specific competitor activities and their impact on company strategy to improve our competitive position.
• Lead review processes with management that balancing customer expectations and Boeing resources.
• Special Projects and ad hoc tasks as needed

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Berkeley, MO, Arlington, VA or Huntington Beach, CA.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post - Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel(or equivalent tools), with the ability to perform calculations and analyze data in Excel
• Experience assembling and delivering key briefings both to senior leadership as well as through the organization.
• Experience developing integrated marketing campaigns
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

• Experience with New Business Funds and managing performance to budget
• Experience with Long Range Business Plans (LRBP)
• Experience with developing Business Capture Plans (BCP)
• Experience with Integrated Business Acquisition Processes (IBAP)

• Good interpersonal, leadership and management skills as well as relentless customer focus are critical
• A high attention to detail and first time quality
• Active Top Secret clearance is preferred

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation: Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
