What we are looking for… 

An energetic, organized, resourceful and revenue driven Associate Director of Reservations and Sales to join our growing team. The Associate Director of Sales and Reservations leads and manages all sales operations (inquiries) and leads the activities of the sales and reservations team. The key objective of the Associate Director of Sales and Reservations is to increase revenue for the business focusing on bookings conversion and supporting events or experience bookings. In this role you will build and manage all aspects of the Sales and Reservations department inclusive of lead management, account management, business analytics, and channel development.

What you'll do...

  • Play a strategic role in building creative sales strategies that are focused on revenue generation for the business and guest satisfaction
  • Creates goals that comply with the attainment of the business’s overall objectives and strives to meet and exceed these goals
  • Train, manage and lead a team of sales representatives, meeting and exceeding performance metrics
  • Conduct reviews on the existing department strategies and weigh them against results in order to identify areas of improvement
  • Conducting research and performing analyses on the performance of the sales department ensuring prompt delivery and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
  • Identifying opportunities and understanding the market and competitive environment
  • Participates in tradeshows, sales workshops, sales seminars, and events on behalf of the business
  • Develops and builds relationships and partnerships Identify and develop new market opportunities for the business
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of consumer, competitor, and market trends
  • Collaborates across teams to support the sales efforts and business objectives

What you'll bring...

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills
  • Able to get things done Independently while still being a team player
  • True entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Problem solving mentality and desire to consistently improve
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • 3 - 5 years of sales or reservations experience
  • Experience in start-up, real estate and vacation rental management is also highly desirable
