We're looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our team and manage their own book of business that is focused on our small (and highest volume) accounts/schools. You will manage inbound leads as well as prospect for new opportunities and drive the full sales life-cycle. You'll also collaborate with our Account Executives in developing leads within their larger tier of accounts. This is a junior level inside sales role that will work from our El Segundo office (not a remote-based role).

Responsibilities:

• Execute on quarterly sales goals for your defined accounts
• Manage inbound leads as well as prospect for new leads (heavy phone and email)
• Collaborate with the team to optimize outbound sales efforts across territories
• Ensure data integrity of accounts within SalesForce
• Conduct web-based demos and close deals

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years' inside sales experience selling B2B services; SaaS or startup is highly desired
• Experience building and managing a pipeline through a CRM, preferably SalesForce
• Above average telephone and email communication skills
• Self-motivated, persuasive, and eager to learn and grow
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, SalesLoft a plus
• Goals obsessed and track record of exceeding them
• Passion for Education and Technology
