FabFitFun is looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Beauty Buyer to join our growing Merchandising Department in the West Hollywood HQ! This role will report to the Director of Beauty, and will support the Beauty Merchandising Team as they build and maintain brand partnerships to drive growth across our seasonal subscription box and corresponding e-Commerce flash sales. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multi-tasking priorities such as vendor communication, sample management, and data input. This role will appeal to the ultimate beauty junkie, who is looking to jump-start a career within Buying and gain exposure from a dynamic Merchandising Department.

What You’ll Do: 

• Help schedule and attend pitch calls and send recaps to brands as needed
• On-board new vendors and brand partners by sending contract agreements 
• Edit PowerPoint decks to showcase brand campaign wrap reports and case studies
• Assist in executing brand campaigns with our Marketing and Editorial teams
• Work cross-functionally with the Consumer Insights Team to gather customer feedback and forecasted ratings on prospected products
• Organize and archive all samples for subscription box and e-commerce sales
• Enter, update, and maintain data in SalesForce and internal team documents
• Perform additional administrative tasks, as needed across the Merchandising Team 

What You’ll Have:

• 1-2 years of buying or merchandising experience in a fast-paced product-focused company
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Communications, Merchandising, Marketing, Business)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively throughout an organization 
• Passion for beauty trends across color cosmetics, skincare, and haircare
• Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Bonus Points: Experience with Salesforce, Wrike, or Asana
