What You'll Do
The Account Manager is responsible for growing existing customer revenue through adoption, utilization, and upselling additional features of the Cloudvirga products. As a STRONG subject matter expert in the mortgage industry, the Account Manager will take a consultative approach by educating customers on the value proposition of products and services throughout the business relationship, aligning these solutions to the customer's business goals. The Account Manager will understand their customer's organization, stakeholders, strategic objectives, and operating procedures to ensure maximum ROI of Cloudvirga products and offerings. This person is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with C- Suite executives, as well as establishing trusted advisor relationships with all key decision makers, strategic leaders, and top-producing Loan Officers. Internally, the Account Manager will consume, translate, and convey customer needs to the Product team, while ensuring customers' expectations are managed positively. This position requires the Account Manager to coordinate with all departments within the Organization to ensure continued client success including but not limited to, contract negotiations and renewals.

We're looking for a strategic thinker, a customer champion and a proven leader with incredibly strong communication, collaboration, and business management skills and ultimately a team-player who focuses on results. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, expert level knowledge of the product offerings and the ability to translate all of this to ROI for our customers. Specifically;

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in residential mortgage technology with an emphasis on sales or account management in a business to business environment
  • Must have C-Level relationship management experience
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth
  • Consistent over-achievement of objectives and quotas
  • Self-motivated and driven by results
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers
  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values and align with our culture
  • Proven ability to work remotely
  • Proven experience negotiating complex contracts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
