We are seeking the BEST Talent in OC to become an integral part of our team! As a member of our Account Management team you will manage and build relationships with our insurance agency clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts.
• Make 100-150 outbound calls/day
• Schedule and go through demos of our product
• Reach agreed upon revenue targets based on client retention by deadline
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
• Network and build relationships with client base
• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Maintain, grow and optimize existing accounts for revenue through discovery, communication, and rapport building
• Identify products that best fir each client's individual needs.
• Consistently follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, consult on new features, and provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales and/or account management
• Strong phone and personnel skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
