Account Manager - Point of Sale Systems
Appetize Technologies, Inc. seeks a new Account Manager (AM) who wants a great opportunity to help drive demand in the marketplace for our modern enterprise point of sale solutions. Your proven track record of working strategically with Sales teams in a sales development and lead generation capacity will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced, high-activity environment. This role will be based in either our Atlanta or Los Angeles offices. Exceptional candidates in other cities may be considered.
Our AMs are high-energy, self-motivated, agile and able to change hats on the fly. In this highly-prized role, your ability to be flexible in changing focus, combined with outstanding reliability will be critical to your success. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks in support of helping bring Appetize solutions to the top of the industry. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for about 5 named accounts- providing responsive and proactive service to create delighted customers
- Provide sales support for the wider sales team, including
- Preparing product quotations
- Responding to Requests For Proposals (RFP) from clients and prospective clients
- Industry and account research – Assisting with presentation decks
- Handling scheduling and communications between Sales and various clients
- Develop customer specific value propositions, business cases, and return-on-investment
- Assist with other logistics issues that arise
- Nurture relationships across marketing, operations, & IT to ensure full breadth of Appetize product line is applied to solve customer business issues
- Understand customer’s business objectives.
- Develop a strategic roadmap which aligns customer needs, issues, opportunities with industry best practices and our company’s offerings
