We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team, driving our revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company. Our ideal candidate is passionate about generating new business, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in their past roles, a consultative sales approach, and top-notch communication and presentation skills.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing the entire B2B sales cycle in a consultative manner, including prospecting, outreach, qualifying and closing business through video-phone based meetings
  • Anticipating, identifying, and understanding the needs, behaviors, and pain points of prospects
  • Developing new sales opportunities through effective cold calling/emailing, social media, trade shows and networking, in addition to handling inbound leads
  • Managing and tracking all activities into CRM and other tools while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Managing product demonstrations for prospects and partner with Customer Success if/when necessary
  • Attending several trade shows throughout the year
  • Meeting daily, monthly, and annual goals

What you will need:

  • 3+ years sales experience in a complex b2b SaaS sales cycle
  • 3+ years proven experience in prospecting new opportunities through cold calling/cold emailing, social selling and advancing them through the entire sales cycle from open to close
  • Preferable experience selling contact center/CCaaS or CRM solutions
  • Track record of meeting and/or exceeding quotas
  • Disciplined, formal sales process; Challenger Selling, Strategic Selling or Solution Selling
  • Comfortable presenting/demonstrating cloud-based software
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to senior-level executives and teams
  • BA/BS degree

  • Collaborative -- you welcome candid feedback and input from teammates and are open to discussing new ideas strategies to move the business forward. You share best practices and learn from others.
