Account Coordinator
We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join Snap Inc! As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the team’s day-to-day activities, including scheduling, travel arrangements, coordinating team events, and helping multiple executives and teams stay ten steps ahead. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you’ll assist the Sales team by providing clerical, administrative, and general office support. You’ll build strong relationships cross functionally that contribute to the overall performance.
What you’ll do:
Maintain the calendar and schedule meetings and telephone, video, and web conference calls
Interact regularly and build relationships with executives across various teams at Snap
Screen and prioritize email and telephone calls; this will include responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with necessary information
Collect and prepare detailed materials for executive staff and external clients
Ensure frequent communication to executives, team members, and other parties to ensure all affected parties are aware as changes occur
Arrange travel, including ground transportation, hotel reservations, and flights
Organize in-house meeting events and external meetings
Assist with ad-hoc projects
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, or a related field
3+ years of executive assistant experience or relevant related experience
Experience using the Google Drive suite, Microsoft Office suite, or similar software
Preferred qualifications:
Someone who is highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented, with a proactive work style
Experience working in a tech/startup environment
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience planning large team events and off-sites
Ability to handle the details of highly confidential and critical tasks and projects with discretion and ease
Ability to gauge and assess a situation quickly, with focus, and adjust priorities accordingly
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate a fast-paced and fluid environment
Highly resourceful team player
Ability to prioritize own workload and to work without close supervision
