Account Coordinator, Scaled Sales

Overview:

The Revenue team is the driving force of Weedmaps and we are looking to add an Account Coordinator to our Scaled Sales team to help support our fast moving sales pods and ensure a great customer experience.  Based in our Irvine office, a successful Account Coordinator will be skilled at communicating with clients by phone to help with billing, administrative, and product issues.  Working closely with Account Executives and Account Managers, the Account Coordinator will be a critical part of the team that helps achieve Weedmaps ambitious revenue targets  The right person will be comfortable operating on a fast paced sales floor, and will be able to adapt quickly to change, while maintaining a positive attitude.  Attention to detail is also critical in ensuring sales are administered and booked properly.

The impact you'll make:

• Support administration and booking of sales to new and existing customers
• Ensure sales are properly booked in Salesforce
• Call customers to collect payment
• Provide other administrative support to Account Executives and Account Managers as needed

What you've accomplished:

• BS / BA Degree
• 1-2+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or any high-volume sales environment (online, digital media, or software sales a plus)
• Experience working with Salesforce
• Comfort with, and ability to operate at an aggressive, accelerated, iterative pace in a dynamic environment
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
