How You’ll Add Value…

The Sales Operations Executive, as part of the Sales Operations Team, will work closely alongside the Regional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, and other key stakeholders to assist in all support areas of sales. The successful applicant must have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and effective manner, have the ability to work across reporting lines and functions to improve processes, and train the Sales Operations team on best practices. 

What You’ll Do…

  • Improve processes and platforms to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
  • Train new and existing employees on new and best practices.
  • Manage team workload and distribute tasks accordingly.
  • Aide in yearly planning, business direction, and business development efforts.
  • Support Sales Managers to achieve company and team goals.

What you will Bring…

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business
  • Sales Operations experience
  • Experience working in a high growth/ fast pace work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work across reporting lines and function to execute high level business plans and directives
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Netsuite, and other CRMs
  • Results driven and collaborative style
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and oral)

Working Conditions/ Schedule

  • Home office based if not within 50 miles of major Corporate site
  • In-office if within 50 miles of major Corporate site at the discretion of the hiring manager
  • Flexible hours to support Sales Managers across the US
  • Occasional travel (less than 25%)

United States Base Compensation: $111,000.00 - $139,000.00

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications),  qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
